FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I primarily specialise in high-end portraiture, fashion and editorial designed to stand out; high-end commercial images for businesses and companies is another service I provide, should the client want a commercial images in my style of photography.

My standard rates are £400 for a half-day of shooting and £800 for a full day, with £150 per day for post-production.

These rates exclude additional costs such as travel expenses, assistant hire, location fees, additional equipment, and usage fees - these can vary depending on what’s required, and so a full itemised quote will be provided for each enquiry. Once the photoshoot has been confirmed, a contract will be sent to for you to digitally sign - the shoot cannot take place unless the contract has been signed and the deposit paid.

A booking deposit is always required to secure the shoot, and these vary depending on the type of photography required.

For portraits, a payment of 30% is taken upon booking; for fashion and branding photography, a payment of 50% is taken.

The remaining amount is to be paid before the final images are released.

A deposit acts as a retainer to secure a date and deter last-minute cancellations - therefore the booking fee is non-refundable.

Licence fees are not generally applicable for portrait commissions depending upon the nature of the shoot - but for fashion, editorial or commercial photography, a licence fee will be put in place.

Absolutely! After the shoot has finished and the images have been uploaded, a gallery is sent to the client. Depending upon the brief and the number of final images discussed, it will vary how many images they can select.

Each photoshoot is different, and depending on how much post-production is requested by the client, the timeframe will change.

The maximum wait for images is two weeks - but this is something that will be discussed with the client during consultation.

Post-production is any culling, editing, retouching and colour-grading that will need to be done once images have been taken.

Depending on the nature of the shoot, this process can vary in how much time it can take.
